Instructions
- Peel and Cut all the vegetables into small pieces for a stir fry. Carrot and Zucchini could be coarsely grated.
- Combine sauces and ginger. Place fish over the base of greased oven proof dishes, pour the 1/2 sauce mix over the fish then cover and cook in a moderate oven (180C) until fish flesh flakes easily. This Will take about 20 minutes. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted Water until al dente.
- In a large skillet or saute pan, saute the garlic in enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan. The garlic should just become opaque, not brown. Stir fry the vegetables with the remaining sauce mix, until just tender.
- Drain the pasta, but do not rinse in cold water. Toss with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, and then mix into the sauce. Reduce the heat as low as possible. Keep Warm, uncovered, for about 10 minutes then it is ready to serve
- Garnish generously with fresh parmesan cheese.
