- 800 g Self Raising W/meal Flour
- 12 Eggs
- 2 Cups olive oil
- 250 g Blueberries
- 450 g Canned Pineapple thins Drained
- 0.5 Cups Raw Sugar
- Spray Oil For muffin trays

Instructions
- Turn on oven to 200 degrees celcius
- Blend Eggs in large Bowl… Add sugar.
- Mix in Olive oil.
- Cut up the pineapple thins very fine and add to bowl with blueberries.
- Mix so it is even and add the Flour and mix until even also.
- Spray the Muffin trays with oil and fill with blueberry mixture just under half capacity.
- Bake for approx. 20 minutes or until baked through…
