Serve with fresh berries or other soft fruit and maybe some natural yoghurt or a drizzle of honey.
Ingredients
- 3 Ripe bananas
- 4 Eggs
- 100 ml Almond Meal
- 100 ml Milk Use light milk for over two year olds or cream if you have a child on a high calorie diet
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Butter or Olive Oil For frying
Servings: - 2 adults and 2 children

Instructions
- Mash the bananas with a fork in a bowl.
- Mix the mashed bananas with the rest of the ingredients to a smooth consistency.
- Heat the butter/oil in a pan and add 50 mls of mixture using a tablespoon (small is good, as these pancakes have a soft texture and are not always easy to flip over)
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Keep in a warm oven until ready to serve all pancakes with fruit, yoghurt and honey
